There will be time to safely voice your personal health concerns after which time Carol will guide the group on a fresh hypnotic trance to promote deep relaxation. Integrating affirmations into the guided imagery with your individual needs and concerns in mind allows each session to be personalized and deeply healing. You are invited to bring your own recording device and record the Guided Imagery Sessions to take home and use on your own.
